Southwest Colorado Canyons Alliance fosters awareness and appreciation of the landscape and cultural heritage of Canyons of the Ancients National Monument through collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management.

Dear Friends of Southwest Colorado Canyons Alliance,

Happy Fall! As the cooler weather settles in and the leaves begin to turn, I hope you’re all enjoying the beauty of the season here in Southwest Colorado.

First and foremost, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who generously donated to our summer campaign for the Cultural Site Stewardship Program (CSSP). Your contributions make it possible for us to continue protecting and preserving the incredible cultural heritage in Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. We’re truly grateful for your support!

If you haven’t had a chance to donate yet, it’s not too late! Every dollar goes a long way in ensuring the future of our stewardship efforts, and we’d be so appreciative of any contribution you can make. You can easily donate online HERE and help us keep this vital work going strong.

I also want to remind you that National Public Lands Day is this Saturday, September 28. We’ll be gathering at 9 am for a cleanup event at the Sand Canyon (West) Parking Lot, and we’d love to see you there. It’s a great opportunity to give back to our cherished public lands and enjoy some time outdoors with friends and fellow supporters. If you’d like to join us, please RSVP HERE.

Thank you again for all you do to support our work. Your generosity and dedication to preserving our public lands mean the world to us, and together, we’re making a difference.

Wishing you all a wonderful and cozy fall!

Warm regards,
